UST comprises of 30 different institutes and every one has specific area of research in Engineering and Sciences and they take every year Masters and PhD students and also for MS leading to PhD students.  Try to find professors in its institutes and contact your relevant ones and see if you can find some professor. Also do try for direct PhD (MS leading to PhD) as Korean professors in UST like to have the students to be enrolled for MS leading to PhD under their supervision. Also here the stipend is paid by the university, not by the professors.

• UST offers good stipend
• No Tuition  fee
• Master's Students: KRW 1,920,000 per month. ​
• Doctoral Students: KRW 2,500,000  per month. ​

Also it is not compulsory to contact the professor before admission period in UST. But if you can ask Pakistanis in UST, ask them about vacant seats in their labs or find relevant professors  before the application process as it will certainly create positive effect on your admission application and they will make up their mind to hire you during admission interviews

Dear all if you bombard professor emails with your bad and irrelevant CVs without any email body. You are rejected for sure but also you make a bad impression of Pakistanis that all are same like you. So even some best candidate from Pakistan emails professors. The professors thinks him like you. And one thing for sure, that if you do bad for others, you get bad always. So try to send emails after reading 05 guides and reading professor profiles carefully, making a good email and mentioning in it how you can be useful to his lab and with your research CV. I hope you get a positive reply and hence you apply for admission then. DO NOT ask for Acceptance letters as Acceptance letters are only used in China. In Korea, Professor positive reply is the acceptance
