1. Regional Short Course: Integrating Climate Change Adaptation & Disaster Risk Reduction
- Focus: Build resilience against floods, droughts, and cyclones through policy coherence and innovation. Strengthen policy and practice by bridging disaster risk reduction with climate change adaptation.
- Program Dates:
- Preliminary (Online): 7–8 April & 12 May 2025
- Core Learning (In-Australia): 2–13 June 2025
- Applied Learning (Online): 25–26 August 2025
- Deadline: 18 February 2025
- Eligibility:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- At least 12 months in your current role
- Commitment to share new skills and join a virtual community of practice
2. Regional Short Course: Accessing Climate Finance
- Focus: Unlock funding for climate resilience projects via green investments, policy frameworks, and global mechanisms. Build the capacity to navigate the complex landscape of climate finance, support sustainable investments, and drive resilient economic planning.
- Program Dates:
- Preliminary (Online): 28–29 April & 19 May 2025
- Core Learning (In-Australia): 16–27 June 2025
- Applied Learning (Online): 1–2 September 2025
- Deadline: 18 February 2025
- Eligibility:
- Experience in climate change adaptation/mitigation
- At least 12 months in your current role
- Willingness to act as an organizational change agent
3. Pakistan-Specific Short Course: Supporting Water Security, Resilience & Transitioning to Circular Cities
- Focus: Address water security challenges while promoting resilience and sustainable, circular urban development.
