Important Note: Applications will Open on 16th September. Before that try to contact professors there as if they like your profile, it will increase your chances of selection. Do IELTS or TOEFL or Duolingo, as deadline of application is 06th October, so you can do it now also. Because it requires IELTS or TOEFL or Duolingo etc. Remember that professors may not reply, BUT you have to apply still as you will be interviewed and selected by professors.
UST comprises of 24 different institutes and every one has specific area of research in Engineering and Sciences and they take every year Masters and PhD students and also for MS leading to PhD students. Try to find professors in its institutes and contact your relevant ones and see if you can find some professor. Also do try for direct PhD (MS leading to PhD) as Korean professors in UST like to have the students to be enrolled for MS leading to PhD under their supervision. Also here the stipend is paid by the university, not by the professors.

- No Tuition fee
- Master's Students: KRW 1,430,000 (~1000 US$) per month.
- Doctoral Students: KRW 1,900,000 (~1340 US$) per month.

Also it is not compulsory to contact the professor before admission period in UST. But if you can ask Pakistanis in UST, ask them about vacant seats in their labs or find relevant professors before the application process as it will certainly create positive effect on your admission application and they will make up their mind to hire you during admission interviews
You must apply even if no professor replies to you, take your chances
Also UST requires IELTS or TOEFL or Duolingo scores. No exemptions in it. 06 Bands in IELTS

Dear all if you bombard professor emails with your bad and irrelevant CVs without any email body. You are rejected for sure but also you make a bad impression of Pakistanis that all are same like you. So even some best candidate from Pakistan emails professors. The professors thinks him like you. And one thing for sure, that if you do bad for others, you get bad always. So try to send emails after reading 05 guides and reading professor profiles carefully, making a good email and mentioning in it how you can be useful to his lab and with your research CV. I hope you get a positive reply and hence you apply for admission then. DO NOT ask for Acceptance letters as Acceptance letters are only used in China. In Korea, Professor positive reply is the acceptance
Also there is another scholarship other than that mentioned above, which is RCA (Regional Cooperative Agreement), it is offered for Masters, Masters leading to PhD and PhD at three institutes of UST

You can get nominated by these two individuals from Pakistan for it (see them on the link at the end of this paragrpah). Read details about it in same guidelines as given above and two persons who can recommend you for it from Pakistan are given here. Other countries can also find relevant persons for recommendation here. Please do remember that you can apply for this RCA scholarship only if you get nominated. (Good for PIEAS, PAEC etc people)
