• Motivation Letter: A one-page letter outlining your academic aspirations and reasons for choosing Transilvania University.
• Letters of Recommendation: Three letters that attest to your academic excellence and personal qualities.

Application Process & Timeline

1. Online Application Period:
   • Dates: 17 February 2025 – 25 April 2025
   • Complete the online application form and upload your documents.
2. Evaluation Phase:
   • Dates: 28 April 2025 – 28 May 2025
   • An evaluation board, appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University, will assess the submitted application files based on the quality of the documents.
3. Selection & Notification:
   • Dates: 29 May 2025 – 30 May 2025
   • Final selection and pending list approval.
   • Announcement: 02 June 2025 – Successful candidates will be notified via email.

• Admission Process: Selected candidates must complete the Romanian academic studies admission procedure. More details can be found on the official UNITBV admission page.
• Continuity: The scholarship is awarded for the full duration of the chosen degree programme, provided that the student successfully completes each academic year.
• Non-Covered Expenses: Candidates are responsible for their travel expenses and visa-related costs.

   International students from non-EU/EEA countries with strong academic records.
2. What does the scholarship cover?
   It covers tuition fees (including registration and graduation), free dormitory accommodation, and a monthly stipend of 800 lei.
3. Are travel expenses included?
   No, travel and visa costs must be covered by the candidate.
4. What is the application deadline?
   The deadline for online applications is 25 April 2025.
5. How are candidates selected?
   An evaluation board reviews the quality of the application documents, and only successful candidates will be notified by email.
