Dear FAST-NUCES Students,
Our Signature Summer School at Malaysia is here now.
FAST-NUCES and UTeM Malaysia has signed an MOU and under the MOU ,UTeM is offering specialized summer program on reduced fee and more benefits.
12 days duration (10 Days in Malaysia + 02 Days Online)

Program Highlights:
Project Based Learning Summer Camp
1. Academic Activities:
- Technical talks on Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Project Showcases
- Hands-on project work with guidance from UTeM faculty
- Campus tour and lab visits
2. Cultural & Social Activities:
- Outdoor & Indoor Games: Traditional Malaysian sports & cultural activities Congkak, batu ,seremban, carrom, gasing, guli
- Excursions to Bandar Melaka & Putrajaya (Historical sites, museums, river cruise, and more)
- Homestay Experience: Engage in traditional Malaysian crafts and cuisine
- Grand Closing Ceremony & Cultural Performance
3. Networking & International Exposure:
- Meet students from different universities and participate in cross-cultural learning
- Gain insights into Malaysia’s technology, engineering, and innovation landscape
Summer School Fee that you have to pay to UTEM account (we shall provide you this account)

What's not included ?
Please note that students are responsible for their own:
- Airfare
- Visa processing fees
- Personal expenses
- Health Insurance
- Any other expenses
When applying for a visa, be prepared to present proof of funds (approximately PKR 200,000) for your stay.
Eligibility Criteria:
Only current Bachelor's degree students in 2nd, 3rd ,4th, 5th, 6th and 7th & 8th semesters are eligible. Alumni are not eligible for this opportunity.

Passport with at least one year of validity is required. You can request an English Proficiency Letter from your campus Academic Office.
Pleas Note: The fee would only be refunded incase of visa refusal .International Education Office will not be able to help once you deposit the fee and change plans.
Application Process and Deadlines:
- Complete this Google Form below. (Fill only if you understand all the things, if you fill and get nominated and withdraw later due to any reasons, then your case will be sent to Disciplinary Committee)
- Wait for our Nomination Email and follow instructions in it. After nomination submit the fee. Failure to submit fee in given time frame will be dropped from the program.
- English Proficiency: Acceptable English proficiency levels include CECRL B2, IELTS 5.5/6, TOEIC 600, or TOEFL IBT 65 OR A letter from FAST University stating the medium of instruction is English
- Deadline for the submission of form: 13 May, 2026
Visa Requirement: The FAST-NUCES International Office can assist with guidance, but students are responsible for their visa applications.
