1. CGPA
   • Minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 (applicants below 2.5 may still apply; profiles will be reviewed).
2. Degree
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from FAST-NUCES (or currently in your final semester).
3. Proof of Funds
   • Bank statement showing tuition plus €700 per month for living expenses and remaining tuition fee €8650, total approximately €17,000 or more. The total tuition fee of the program is €12,150 for FASTians.
   • A €3,500 deposit is required upon admission to secure your seat.
   • The remaining €8,650 must be paid on the first day of classes.
   • Bank Statement should be available by May–June 2025 for visa processing.

Below are very important key details regarding the program fees and policies:

1. Program Fee: The total tuition fee for the program is €12,150. However, the second year follows a work-study (alternance) model, meaning there are no tuition fees for that year. To support students in securing a work-study position, EPITECH, with its extensive network of on-campus industry connections and partnerships with hundreds of companies, will assist in arranging job opportunities for the second year. Also the masters degree at EPITECH is project based degree and courses are project based.
   As a student, your first-year performance will be crucial, as you will be expected to actively seek and secure a work-study contract, which will cover your tuition fees for the second year. This approach ensures both academic learning and professional experience, making your education more affordable and career-oriented. The job that you secure in second year will pay your second year tuition fee. If you are unable to secure the company internship for second year, you may  have to pay second year fee as well

   • If your visa is rejected, you are eligible for a full refund of the paid fees.
   • Please note that no refunds will be provided for any other whatsoever reasons.
