FAST-NUCES --> EPITECH Paris (France) — Fall 2026 Exchange Semester (For Computing & Engineering Discipline Students)

Study in France: Fall 2026 Exchange at EPITECH with Zero Tuition for FAST-NUCES Students

Eligibility (all must be true at the time of application)

• Currently enrolled in 2nd/3rd/4th/5th semester of Bachelors degree at FAST-NUCES
• Willing/eligible to complete 3rd/4th/5th/6th semester at EPITECH in Fall 2026
• CGPA should be 3.00 or above
• Demonstrated English proficiency (good speaking & writing)
• Passport valid for at least 18 months from today.
• Students want to do 7th or 8th semester at EPITECH can email us, we shall see their request case by case as it is difficult for us to send for 7th or 8th semesters
• Fields/Majors, which Students can apply:

Academic transfer & grading (Important) 

• Transfer is course-for-course: each approved EPITECH course maps to a corresponding FAST course. Here is the courses list of EPITECH 

• Minimum overlap: Your HoD must certify at least 70% content overlap per course (see template) from list of courses in DIT or DIT-A in file 
• Grades: EPITECH ECTS grades A/B/C transfer as Pass (P) on your FAST transcript.
• CGPA impact: Transferred courses do not affect CGPA. They appear as Pass (P) on your FAST transcript.
  Example: If you complete 4 EPITECH courses and all are approved for transfer, these appear as Pass (P) on your FAST transcript—your CGPA remains unchanged, and you won’t repeat those courses at FAST.
• EPITECH ECTS courses are mapped to FAST courses with HoD approval irrespective of GPA or ECTS (≥70% overlap). The 02 ECTS of EPITECH will be mapped to 01 Credit hours of FAST courses
• Final authority: Departmental Board/HoD + International Office decisions on equivalency/transfer are final.
• If HoD does not sign the courses transfer form and you are still interested in experience, then do apply, we shall consider your application as in that case, you will just go to study different extra courses to get an experience. 

Costs

• No tuition at EPITECH.
• You will pay FAST-NUCES tuition for only those courses that transfer (as per normal FAST credit-hour fees).
• You must personally cover: airfare, visa fee, accommodation, meals, health insurance, local transport, personal expenses.
• Prepare a monthly budget for the Paris before applying using ChatGPT or Gemini or Claude or DeepSeek.
• You have to pay 200 Euros as soon as they finalize you to get the acceptance letter to apply for the visa. This is non-refundable fee. In case of visa rejection, it will not be returned. 

Selection timeline (Pakistan Standard Time, PKT) (Documentation + Two Interviews Based) 

• Application deadline: Saturday, 11 April 2026, 2:00 PM (no extensions)
• Initial scrutiny & online interviews: 12–13 April 2026
• Final interview (IO Head): 14 April 2026
• Results emailed: 15 April 2025
• EPITECH portal application (for nominees): by 18 April 2026

Important notes

• Nomination from FAST-NUCES does not guarantee French visa or EPITECH final acceptance.
• Missing interviews or documents = automatic ineligibility.
• Any change to course lists/equivalencies must be pre-approved by your HoD before enrolling at Epitech.
• You must maintain good academic standing and comply with FAST-NUCES & EPITECH codes of conduct.
