First contact the professors given in excel file relevant to your major/work, after reading guides below. IF professors gives you positive reply and agree to support your monthly stipend. Then apply for admissions. Professor will not reply to you if you do not follow the guides given below.

If you start bombarding professor emails without checking if your profile matches with professor's profile, then you finish your chances of selection and finish the chances your Pakistani fellows selection too
