Bachelors and Masters and Diploma Fully Funded Scholarships in 05 Brunei Universities at Brunei Darussalam by Brunei Govt. in almost Every Field/Major
The Government of Brunei Darussalam is offering scholarships to foreign students for the 2025/2026 academic session. These scholarships provide opportunities to pursue Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate Master's Degree programs at several prestigious institutions in Brunei.

- Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD)
- Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA)
- Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB)
- Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan (KUPU SB)
- Politeknik Brunei (PB)
Degree Levels:
- Diploma
- Undergraduate Degree Programs
- Post-graduate Degree Programs
Program Period:
- Diploma: 03 Years
- Undergraduate Degree: 08 Semester (4 Year Full Time)
- Master Degree: 12 Months Or 24 Months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Requirements:
- Applicants for Undergraduate and Diploma programs must not exceed 25 years of age by July 1, 2025.
- Applicants for Postgraduate Master's Degree programs must not exceed 35 years of age by the same date.
- English Proficiency:
- A minimum of Credit 6 in English at GCE 'O' Level, or
- Grade 'C' in IGCSE English (as a second language), or
- An IELTS score of 6.0, or
- A TOEFL score of at least 550.
- Nationality:
- The scholarship is primarily intended for international students who have not previously studied in Brunei.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full exemption from tuition fees, including acceptance, examination, registration, and orientation fees.
- Economy class air tickets to and from Brunei at the start and end of the program.
- Monthly personal allowance of BND$500.00 (500 US $).
- Monthly meals allowance of BND$150.00 (112 US $).
- Annual book allowance of BND$600.00 (445 US $).
- Accommodation at the respective institution's residential college.
- Baggage allowance for shipment of personal effects upon completion of the program:
- BND$250.00 to ASEAN countries.
- BND$500.00 to non-ASEAN countries.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage for the duration of the scholarship.
