Belarusian-Pakistani Competition of Scientific and Technical Projects 2025
The State Committee on Science and Technology (SCST) of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan are holding a contest of joint scientific and technological projects to foster collaborative research aimed at addressing critical global challenges through innovation and technological advancement.
We invite researchers/innovators from academia, R&D organizations, and potential industrial partners in Pakistan and Belarus to collaborate on groundbreaking scientific projects aimed at addressing global challenges.
Objectives:
- Foster cooperation between academia, research organizations, and industry.
- Expand business and academic links in scientific and technological research.
- Facilitate joint research projects between the two countries.
- Promote knowledge exchange through collaborations and events.
- Strengthen partnerships between universities, research institutes, and industry.
- Drive commercialization of high-tech and innovative products in both markets.
Who Can Apply?
This program is open to scientists, engineers, and researchers from academia, research organizations, and innovative-industrial enterprises of both countries who are engaged in advanced research in one or more priority areas.
The project proposals should:
- Address demand-driven challenges
- Demonstrate an applied nature
- Focus on emerging technologies
Priority will be given to projects where a counterpart from the Belarusian side is identified.

The hard copy of the project proposal in the prescribed format shall be submitted to:
